In case you missed it, we reviewed another Paired and Prepped meal a few days ago. I say that the recipe was pretty tasty! I am a sucker for trying new food, especially when I get to cook it and get to learn a new recipe in the process. This meal was $16.99, and it turned out amazing!

So let's open this bad boy and see what it looks like!

Once again, the ingredients are brightly colored and good quality. Everything has its own package, which makes finding ingredients easy peasy.

Nice, bright instructions with plenty of pictures. You can also keep the instructions so that you can cook this dish in the future if you like it!

Step one was to cook the steak to medium rare, about four minutes per side.

Next, we add the thyme to the carrots and cook them until they are darkened, which was about eight to ten minutes. This was the same pan as the steak was cooked in, so with the oil, we got to deglaze and the carrots turned out awesome!

After about eight minutes, the garlic was added. Looks beautiful!

And here is the final product! The dish tasted amazing! The chimichurri sauce was especially good. And the goat cheese was a great compliment! Subtle, but just the right hint of flavor. All in all, I think I would cook this again! I would also recommend it to anyone that has never tried chimichurri!
